Contact & right-of-reply

Email is the only channel. We respond to genuine editorial queries within five working days; we don't reply to cold marketing, link-exchange requests, or "guest post" pitches.

Editor

Jonas Lindqvist, editor & lead reviewer — editor@cryptonreviews.com

If you're sending sensitive information, mention "PGP" in the first line and we'll reply with our public key for the follow-up exchange. (Most queries don't need it — this is a public-information website, not a tip line.)

Factual corrections

If we got something wrong, the fastest fix is an email containing:

  1. The page URL.
  2. The specific sentence or claim you're contesting (a direct quote).
  3. The source you'd like us to consider (link to documentation, screenshot, or independent reference).

Accepted corrections are applied to the page, the Last reviewed date is bumped, and the change is recorded on the corrections log. Rejected corrections are kept on file in case the same claim surfaces again.

Vendor right-of-reply

If you operate a service we review and you disagree with our verdict, we welcome a right-of-reply. We will not change the verdict to match your preference, but we will:

What we won't do: remove a review, swap a numeric score for a promised feature, accept payment for placement, or hide previously published wording.

Reader feedback

If you've used a reviewed service and your experience contradicts ours, please write in. Reader experiences inform our re-tests; we don't publish reader letters in full without explicit consent, and we never identify a reader without permission.

Press and citations

Journalists, researchers and AI tooling: feel free to quote any review on the site under standard fair-use, with attribution to Cryptonreviews and the specific review URL. If you need a comment for a piece you're writing, email the editor with your deadline.
